Can I add any name?
Yes! Click "Add your dog's name" on the product page and type any name you like. Short names (up to about 10 letters) look best. The names you see in our photos (like MAX or DAISY) are just examples.
How do I choose my size?
Our sweatshirts are unisex Gildan 18000 with a classic, relaxed fit. Check the size chart in the product photos. For an oversized look, size up one.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is FREE anywhere in the USA. Each sweatshirt is printed after you order: production takes 2-5 business days, then delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. You get a tracking number by email.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order as early as possible. December is the busiest time for carriers, so we recommend ordering well before mid-December.
Where is my order printed?
Every order is printed & shipped directly from the USA by our print-on-demand production partners.
Can I return or exchange?
Because every item is made to order and personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we will replace or refund it - see our Refund Policy.
I made a typo in the name. What now?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering at cozynorth.shoptop@gmail.com and we will fix it before production starts.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print.
