Returns & Refunds

Every Cozy North sweatshirt is printed on demand and personalized just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size choice. Please check the size chart in the product photos before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery at cozynorth.shoptop@gmail.com.
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
• You do not need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 14 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will help with a replacement or refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. You can cancel or change your order (including the dog's name) within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5-10 business days to appear.
