Questions? We've Got Answers
Everything you need to know before you order.
Can I add any name?
Yes! Type any name in the "Add your dog's name" field and you'll see a preview before you order. Short names (up to about 10 characters) look best on the banner. Please double-check the spelling — each sweatshirt is made just for you.
When will my order arrive?
Every sweatshirt is printed on demand in the USA. Production takes 2–5 business days, then US shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Order by Dec 9 for Christmas delivery in the USA.
How does the sizing run?
Unisex classic fit (Gildan 18000). Most people order their usual size; size up one for a relaxed, oversized look. Check the size chart in the photos for exact measurements.
Is shipping really free?
Yes — shipping within the USA is free on every order, with tracking.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If your sweatshirt arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to send it back.
Is it a good gift?
Yes — a one-of-a-kind, personalized gift for dog moms, dog dads and grandparents. The Hockey Club design is also available in Youth sizes for matching family photos.
